Dot Robot - Peckham

Tags: , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

The Dot Robot Roadshow hit Harris Academy of Peckham. It’s a HUGE school!!! And wow, what a great bunch of kids! The hall was jam packed! I thought my signing hand was going to fall off. I based the fictional school in Dot Robot on Peckham Academy, so it was kinda like coming home. And here’s a thing, this picture of me taking my fictional robot, Punk, for a walk, was shot on the road next to the school. A big thank you to the pupils and teachers for accepting me into the home borough of Dot Robot’s hero, Jackson Farley.

Nice to see something positive about Peckham, I used to live there and it’s a nice place really as is New Cross. Like the blog pages - nicely designed and put together, although the text size is a tad small!

This is fantastic Jason. When I was at school up here in the North East of Scotland the only talk we got at assembly was from the headmaster! Absolutely loved Dot Robot. You’ve got to keep writing as you have a gift there.

Hey Jason, i’ve just been watching a video review of the new HTC touch running google android - part of it was showing off the bar code scanner which can be used to check best prices online - the barcode scanned was for Dot Robot, which the vodafone chap had on his table.

Jase, I noticed on tonights GS that you had your computer set up on a Samsung LCD TV - could I ask what computer you have hooked up as I am thinking about upgrading my old computer and as I have a Samsung TV, am considering all options (also which connection are you using via the TV - hdmi, vga - and does the TV work well as a monitor?)
