Whenever I wear this watch on The Gadget Show I get loads of emails. So, here it is. It’s made by a company called 01TheOne and it was my first binary watch. It has even inspired me to write a binary watch code for Dot Robot Book 2!

Top line of LED’s is the hour (add them together) bottom line is the minutes (again added together).

ps It says on wilkipedia that you built a Heads-Up Display for his girlfriend’s car. Is there anywhere I could find out more about this and the other items you have created. Sorry if this is iappropriate but I have no other way of contacting.

I can’t remember the last time I wore a watch. My mobile phone adopted its role I guess.

Hi Jason, are you allowed to tell us which gadgets you’re filming for at the moment?

Hi gang,
In answer to your questions. Yep, 3.39 is the correct time.
I’m currently filming for a one off special ‘race’ for The Gadget Show - Edinburgh to London which will go out on Five around Jan 20 2009 (I forget the exact transmission date).
Some of the gadgets tested: the world’s first portable 3D TV, Guitar Hero for the DS, Zeemote (a dinky thumb sized bluetooth joystick for mobile phone gaming) and various location-specific mobile games.
Alan - if you search the web, you should find all that exists for my DIY Heads-Up-Display.

How do you know if it’s PM or AM?
You’d need another digit for the hour.

I got one of these last time I was in camden. There really rather brilliant when people ask you the time and wonder how the hell you can read it.
…only thing is, my design dosnt have the numbers printed on, so its kinda trciky to tell if youve got the watch on upside down

My Fiancee bought me this watch for christmas and I wear it all the time. Everyone at work keeps asking me how to read it, I just tell them that when the can count to 31 on one hand, they will understand!!!!

A nice looking watch and something a bit different. I’d have to speed up my simple maths addition to be able to read the time quickly!
